Ketu with Good Avashta Planets

Dear Ernst and All

I am a bit confused about a statement of yours Ernst regarding Ketu. According to this, the horoscope owner is meant to stay in their Ketu castle if the Avashtas of the planets conjunct to Ketu are favorable and that they would have a pretty good life like that in their Ketu. How can this be justified in the context of the general evolving significance of the lunar nodes axis? Perhaps I have misunderstood sth...and I am not sure if it was meant especially for Sun and Moon. Thanks a lot!
