Rahu-Ketu Aspects

Dear Ernst

I am Rahul from India. I have learnt from your classes that Rahu and Ketu do not possess 5,7,9 aspects as per vedic texts.

Today, while I was reading the book called 'Dispositors in Astrology' written by J.N.Bhasin, I came across a sutra which is revealing the aspects (5,7,9) of Rahu and Ketu. 

I am attaching the image of the page from this book where this sutra is found. I am not a sanskrit scholar hence I could not interpret it.
