Rahu ketu in conjunction others

In Lajitari audio course, the planets who were conjunct in the D1 chart had relationship with each other in all of the charts, right? But is that the same for planets conjunct Rahu and Ketu? Like I know they are not actual embodied planet and mathematical points, but they still have that connection in our life from the top point of view in D1. Like in the path of life, we face circumstances of the embodied planets conjunct with Rahu and Ketu. And do they as well take off their relationship with them in all of the Varga charts? I am confused with that. Or do we not consider planets conjunct Rahu and Ketu in the D1 and the Vargas? If we do , can you explain a bit how so? Or will you point where you explain them in the course? Thanks.
