My friend’s house has burnt on February 10. She’ve been a tenant there for a couple of years. The fire happened exactly as Taurus was rising, on her natal Moon. Uranus, exact on her Moon, and Jupiter are transiting Taurus. It was the Aquarius new Moon.
Her 4th house Aquarius has Sa, Mars and Ve. During the Fire: Sun, Moon, Mer and Pluto were in Aquarius. Which such a 4th house it’s not so strange maybe for a Scorpio Lagna and Rahu dasa to have this kind of sudden events. Also her Moon is opposed Plu, exact degree. She is on Ra/Sa/Moon dasa. Her natal Rahu is on Capri, conjunct Uranus and Neptune. During the fire, EX Mars and Venus were in Capri.
But what about Uranus-Ju conjunction transiting in Taurus, on her Moon? As Uranus wants to free us to be more ourselves and joining Ju, very auspicious for Scorpio Lagna, it makes me think of a positive fire pushing her towards a new cycle. Even if they don't produce the fire itself, do this conjunction talks about the purpose of it?
It’s the house I was living before, she replaced me there as I moved abroad. And it was a house where I could come back anytime I wish. I had also a good relationship with the landlord,(also living in the house) who is now in an extremely difficult situation, I don’t know her birth data, but her Sun is also in Taurus. I hope she’ll manage the situation, but not easy at all. Fortunately quite some people from the little town are supporting her.
There was another fire in my life. 14 years ago. That time again Uranus and Ju joining. That time the conjunction was within 2 degrees and Sat was opposing also 2 degrees. That time it was the studio of my dance teacher what was burnt. And it happened exact on my natal Jupiter. I was there when it happened, it was truly a shock. And it marked the end of 7 years of teaching relationship.
A rule cannot be made out of 2 examples, but I just see the 2 fires in my life have happened with Uranus Jupiter conjunction.

That is very interesting! In this case, yes, Uranus on her moon means this is part of her emotional shift that will be a good shift once it's done.
I would not expect uranus and jupiter to indicate a fire, so I am thinking there are some other factors that indicate the actual fire. I would wonder at the cause of the fire. Was it an oil fire? Oil fire is Jupiter as Jupiter rules fats, so if the house burned down because she was making ghee and it got on the fire, then yes, I would look for jupiter as part of it.

The cause of the fire... The landlord was lighting the fireplace. It was a very strong windy day. She forgot to close the glass door of the fire place.
Negligence?
The whole house was an inmense mess. Mountains of stuff brought from the rubbish collection points she never has time to check if it has any use. Amidst the chaos some inflammable products (for restoring furniture).
In the last year she had a months-long fight with the tenant of the ground floor, until he left. And soon after another fight with the couple who was going to rent it next. So that finally they did not come. She was having a very turbulent energy in relation to her house in the last year.
But for my friend who was renting a little corner of this house. The one with Jup and Uranus on her Moon. She was in China celebrating new year. The exact day of Chinese new year her home was burnt. Maybe her Ra/Sa/Moon dasa can work in a similar fashion to Sade Sati? She did nothing wrong however she gets misfortune. (Rahu's lord is also Saturn).
And still Saturn is transiting the favorable 11th position from Moon, as her Sade Sati will start in Feb 2026.
Together with Uranus on her Moon. The new Moon was happening on Aquarius 3 degrees from her Venus, lord of her Moon.

She's been living only for 2 years there, and she expends quite some of her time at her boyfriend's apartment in the city. Having her laptop, phone and documents with her, she crains not so much the material losses, but the souvenirs from ex-boyfriends, her family, her dead grandma... She had some little shrines, invented by her. She had clearly the feeling of it being her sacred space. But I think she always felt it a temporary dwelling.

I don't fully grasp it, I need still to think it through, but the feeling is wow! There it is. Wow.
Curiosity: Among quite many pics she had of her family, none of them survived. In the surviving pics, with beautiful scars from the fire, it's only her alone. Jupiter rules 2 and 5 for her.
And then there is one unique pic which is intact. It was behind something else so close to the wall that there is no signs of the fire on it. It's a pic of her with a boyfriend of her who died.
