@staffan i know you love COT and i started to get into it. I hope to really get into it after I retire. Just don't have the time so i chose Vedic astrology to study for the last 6 years. But i can tell that i will love COT because it is about nature and its cycle. In my humble opinion, COT is a standalone system, and we can predict everything with COT but to make a solid prediction we need to supplement with other astrological system for confluence. Then our prediction will be very strong. I always study the D-1 then the Shodasavargas, then Dasas and transits and Varshaphala when i look at my yearly "happening". They confirm or not confirm what i think i see. In the future once i learn more about COT, I will add that to my yearly routine for confluence....

@tuyetv That´s how I see it too. Nature symbols. Which is a big part why the system is so beautiful. And yes, layers. The cards, the chart, the vargas, the nakshatras. When all point in the same direction the predictions get really strong. Another beautiful aspect of the cards is that it only takes 6-12 months to master the system. Already after that one has a solid ground to stand on.
