Hi @Ernst & all,
How do you treat retrograde planets when analyzing Tajika yogas? For example, in the chart I am currently analyzing, MeR applies to the Sun (in the same sign/open enemies and within average orbs). Do you:
- consider this yoga an Ishrapha yoga (because Me being Retrograde is moving away from the Sun, "cancelling" the Isthasala)? OR
- consider this yoga an Isthasala yoga anyway but also a Radda yoga, making the Ithasala a source of potential disappointments?
(Mercury is in good dignity and quite strong otherwise Pancha/Dwad/Harsha: 11.5 / +5 / 5
Sun strengths are 8.7 / +2 / 5)
Thanks!
Mona
ALways read the yogas in the direction the planets are travelling, so the retro planets yogas get reversed.
Isn't 1 an isharapa yoga since Mars is separating from Jupiter?
