According to Gairi if the moon is sunya and is in it last degree then it will form itthasala with a dignified planet in the next rasi but
According to Tambeera any planet that is faster than the lagna lord and not in Itthasala and in last degree will form Itthasala with a planet in the next rasi.
So the Moon will always be faster than the lagna lord so if it in its last degree it will always be in Itthasala with the planet in the next rasi regardless if it is Suunya or not or that planet is dignified or not

- @ernst I don't understand your answer. The moon is not in the next sign so how can it 'actually going to aspect from the next sign"
