planet strength

hi ernst, friends

when describing a yoga some time, a condition has been placed on, either the lagna lord, or a planet which is involved in the yoga, that require it to be strong, my question is ,by what parameters of strength the planet is judged? is it the yoga total positive scores which are showed in the yoga judgment table or is it the planet total shad bala score(percentage)  or is it total shad bala+lajjitaadi avashtas
