planetary aspects from an evil lord breaking Raja Yoga when it's out of sign ?

if there's a strong planetary aspect affecting the Raja yoga planets  from an evil lord  ( say the 11th lord ) like it's over  50  degrees but it's out of sign ( in the 6th or the 8th house from the Raja yoga planets  for example ) does that evil lord break the yoga ?
