Lajjitaadi Avasthas in the Aditya system

I need some clarification as to how to apply Lajjitaadi Avasthas in the Aditya system and how to determine the health of the Aditya based on the Avasthas.

For example, let's take the Varuna Aditya, located in tropical Gemini with Venus present there. Now since Varuna is ruled by Moon,

Q1) Do we determine the health of the Aditya based on the Avasthas—as in the Aditya system or as in the tropical system? That is, is Varuna Aditya healthy because Venus is delighted in tropical Gemini? Or is it unhealthy because Venus is starved by Moon in Varuna Aditya?

Q2) Is the starvation of Venus by Moon in Varuna would be similar to how Venus would be starved by Moon by being in tropical Cancer?
