Cecilia Payne Astronomer - seeking birth time or rectification

I just came across an article about Cecilia Payne, her doctoral thesis concluded that hydrogen was the overwhelming constituent of stars, making it the most abundant element in the Universe. 

Her life story is one of over coming many obstacles for a woman going to college and studying science and astronomy. 

Does anyone here know what her birth time is?  I can not find it anywhere.  If not, would someone care to rectify her chart.
