The less discussed link between Astrology and Astronomy

Thats not something we will ever know. Its not an answerable question. In the age where astrology was developed, the tetra yuga, we don't know what its like to be a human, what our mental capacities are. Are we capable during that time of focusing on the astronomy and coming up with these amazing principles, or did we need an enlightened being to tell us?

All I know is that if we do contemplate the principles and calculations left behind, we can make a lot of progress with them even with our stunted Dwapara yuga brains.
