I don't why know but sometimes when I see someone with a moon exalted in a chart I don't see that in their personality. But with the Sun it seems to work all the time. By that I mean I don't see the moon quality on exaltation, and particularly their intuitive moon abilities.  My ex girlfriend has her moon exalted but almost all the time she would miss guessing things, while I would do it more often than not while I was feeling good or doing a bit of meditation. I have moon MT but only in Sidereal zodiac. Her it's the opposite.

I met someone born 7/7/1999 19:50:00 Reunion Saint-Pierre

She tried to commit suicide and jumped from a building, She suffer from depression and constantly is being followed by doctors due to being unstable. She lies all the time and cannot be trusted. She cannot manage her money and is constantly on watch for her spending habits by the nurses.

On Tropical zodiac her moon is exalted but I don't see that happening in real life. Though Saturn and Jupiter are also near her moon, But Jupiter is closer and should help her moon which is already exalted at exact degree. In Sidereal her moon is in Aries and Saturn also. Her 4th cups is near Saturn in both case though.

So my theory is that maybe the moon would work better on Sidereal zodiac, being the queen of the nakshatras, while the Sun works better on Tropical zodiac.  I don't know about the other planets I didn't think about it yet.

There is also Emmanuel Macron Chart would make more sense as he is supposed to have an MT Moon in tropical but given his very very very poor diplomatic skills I wonder if that moon is really exalted in the 5th house.

I am finding moon with Saturn and Jupiter in vault of the heavens for the info provided. Saturn bad uccha will be ripping off a significant amount of moon good uccha. That should explain her poor self image issue resulting in bad attitudes.

Mo and Sa starving each other and sa starving ju are key issues

You always have to look at the entire chart. The person is ALL the planets. You can find some of the good things in their lives, see what works or does not work, with the simple principel of dignity, but the person as you see them is all their planets. I am not sure, but it sounds like this person has a jupiter, moon saturn conjunction? In this case Jupiter is 2/3 starved. Moon is exalted, so proud, but also not perfect as starved by saturn. But most of what you are seeing would be the starved Jupiter. And i dont know the other planets that maybe contributing to what you say about the person?

@ernst Sorry for the late reply, here the chart:

Yes she has Moon Jupiter Saturn conjunction. Yes all the planets have to be taken into account but you also say that a EX planet can sometimes save the day. So a starve Jupiter would be contributing to her lying and instability?

Maybe it could be her mercury near Rahu in the 7th. Still I expected a bit more strength from the moon in the 4th, and exalted.

@lorris Moon starved by Saturn is a big deal avashta. Also Jupiter starved by Saturn. The early childhood stress or trauma caused by Moon-Saturn if unhealed can cause emotional issues in adulthood. Saturn starving Jupiter disconnects someone from inspiration/intuition and also will contribute to depression. These are big avashtas and enough to block the exalted Moon. The exalted Moon can help the person overcome these Avashtas should they put effort there.

My first question upon reading this is, where are their Suns, Venuses, Rahus and Ketus? What yogas do they have? Laggitadi Avasthas?

@cathy Sun in Cancer in the 6th, Venus in Leo with Mercury and rahu. Ketu in the 1st in Aquarius.

In the core yoga there are a lot of good yoga but also the deceit yoga from Saturn in the 4th, and also the lord of the 4th venus with rahu. From the Laggitadi Avasthas Saturn and Jupiter seems to have the hardest time with 3 enemies influence each but also 3 friends influence.

Her Moon is at 00:16 which is barely into the sign. I believe that is called sandhi - at the junction point - and not very strong.

The Sun in 6H can cause problems with integrity. Lately I've been looking at the degrees closely. The Sun is the same degree as Uranus and Saturn. The Nodes are pretty close to the Sun too. I'm still learning about this but I guess it harms the Sun. I'm sure Western astrology has names for those aspects.

From the Lahiri chart things are clearer. Saturn is the 2nd lord and it is debilitated = money problems. The lagna lord is also debilitated in the 4th house = depression. The Sun is the 8th lord in 6H - that looks difficult.
