Hey Ernst, in Jaimini on the Rasis, in the 5 Rasi's video, you comment that whatever the sign where the AK is, the theme of that sign will show how the life of the person will go good.(if i have understood it well)
My question is, that sign will still show "that good direction" in the case the AK is DB?

I happen to be an astrologer with the exact dynamic you are describing. In fact this AK DB planet rules my lagna so I am probably the expert needed to answer this question. I hope sharing my understanding will be helpful.
Basically the short answer to your question is yes, the AK will still show the direction of life. However it will not be easy.
Here is the long answer: My destiny has routinely put me in situations where I have no choice but to rely on the AK DB planet. I have really taken upon myself to learn everything I can about that planet and get super-super good at using it. Kind of like the approach we recommend people use with their Rahus.
Especially when I am living in areas that this AK DB planet has significant influence over, I find myself in situations where I must develop the strengths and energies of this planet. In my experience there is no other remedial. It became much better over time as I pursued all of the different skills and strengths needed to manage this planet that governs my life path so much. What's really interesting is no one ever understood/saw this dynamic of my life until I had my first Vedic astrology reading, that's when agnostic/atheist me thought "wow there really is something to this". There may be an element of invisibility, or that might be the result of something else in my chart.
Something else to consider is that the reason why this person has this placement isn't jut bad luck or bad karma. I really sincerely believe that the reason why I'm on this path is because I'm expected to grow to an extremely high degree with the energy of this particular planet. How could I grow to such a high degree if everything was relatively easy? That would not make sense. So it's not really a bad thing, it just needs to be understood in context. Ask the person what is the deepest desires for their destiny, what are their secret ambitions and I think that will illuminate the dynamic more. Seen in this broader perspective, it isn't "bad" it's just a higher bar to jump over, greater expectations on me to meet.

And of course check the Lajjitadi Avasthas on this AK DB planet. I think in the in-depth videos Ernst does on each planet you can see clearly what the obstacles are for this person. Do they have lots of trauma to heal? Are there certain awarenesses they need to raise? etc. Those teachings helped me make a ton of sense of my path.
