What should I look for to check either positive or negative result for the delegation of fault? Thanks.

@manisha The 6th house & lord for adversities/enemies, The 12th house & lord for results of enemies actions against you, Saturn. I would look in D40 as well.

I haven't been interested in predictive astrology, but I am finding it intriguing now.
In a motor vehicle accident, there were two reviews which placed the fault on one party. The final review, after CCTV footage was handed in, placed the fault on the other party.
When predicting, do we see the first result, or the final one?
