I'm trying to learn about what determines if a planet is sleeping, but I don't know what course talks about this concept. If anyone can assist me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

I don't remember what course, perhaps someone better suited can respond. A sleeping planet is when that planet is in enemy, great enemy, or DB dignity.
