I have recently purchased Kala software and I have noticed that my chart information is not the same as the information that my vedic astrology provided using kala software. I have double checked the birth time and place. On the reading my Lagna is 02:23:50 Ca in Purnavasu. Same detail in my program Lagna is 25:42:43 Ca in Pushy. Obviously, all the planets are different. Please can you help me work out why the information is different?

The chart that you got for reading would have been made using Sidereal zodiac positions
The default setting in Kala is tropical zodiac for cusps and planets, and using sidereal position for Nakshatras (as recommended setting from Ernst)
That's creating the approx 23 degrees of discrepancy

I have made a few changes to ayanamsa, to have no nakshatra but it is still out. Please can you advise what other settings I should change to bring me to the sidereal zodiac positions?
