Where can I learn more about Guru Samvatsara and other indications from Kala Jatika?

THere is a book called Jataka Bharanum that covers time factors, but it gives very outdated interpretations, and I don't think its easy to find. The best way is to study it in light of what is given in the Classical Muhurta text - so understand astronomically what hte factor is, pay attention to the name of the year, etc. and use that name as the primary symbol.
