Two basic questions on Neecha Bhanga Raja Yogas:
- Is there a difference in the interpretation of this Yoga when is it formed from the Moon instead of the Lagna?
Or does just the ruler or exalted planet forming this Yoga matter...
- Is a debilitated Mars always automatically forming a Neecha Bhanga Yoga for the Moon-Dasa, because the Moon is in a way always in an angle to itself - or do we in that case only consider the Lagna.

Can a db planet form a neechabhanga raj yoga? Like, a Libra asc with Ju in Capricorn. If Ma is in Cancer it would form the yoga despite being db. I would see it as db but its yoga producing points are probably low.
