Hi there Ernst, friends

ernst, you mention that

"In respect to a developing individuality, each planet most significantly relates to a particular Bhava.

 Venus-6th house: Bearing burdens with comfort and with a sense of dharma and prosperity"

please can you clarify, if venus carry the energies of the 6th house or relates to it, how its state of debilitation in virgo (the 6th house traditionally)  and the 6th house  not being its  favorable place to be   (more then any other planet of course, as indicated for example in the mahurta principles), sits with that 6th house energy relation?

it was mentioned in the outer planet manual but as a general statement with regards to the planets and their numerical representation. that concept is repeating itself all around for example Venus is the ruler of  the 6th day of the week Friday.

I think planets in 3th, 6th and 11th house actively learn those lessons as these houses get better by time. In this example, Venus might face a lot of jealousy from hidden enemies or go through a lot of ups and downs with regards to health but as time pass they get extremely in tune with their specific reality as 12 house provide them enough faith to do things not only for face value but to surrender gracefully to something bigger than them.

In my opinion Venus in 6th house is the relationship debt upon the person. A debt related to Venus that the person will be required to clear. Venus is Brahmin (teacher), water element - romantic love , virya (vitality), rajas - all these could have an flavour of paying or receiving from others.

Hi @amit,

Do you find that people with Ve in 6th may be more prone to suffer the effects of evil eye or something similar related to the hidden envy or jealousy of others? The mixed admiration of a "frienemy"?

I am starting to believe the evil eye, like pitru dosha, is a real phenomenon that can really damage someone's destiny as well as their energetic body. It is also believable that it is not always a conscious or intentional thing.

What have you seen in the charts of people who seem to be suffering from evil eye?

I wonder if people with Ve in 6th, even in good dignity, tend to be harmed in this way by others who have a shamed or badly afflicted Venus?

Thanks,

S.

@mitryendra80

I like to understand this dynamic from 5 elements philosophy that Ernst explained.

Venus in 6th can become excessive water element on account of issues it experiences in this house. Person won't be happy in relationships in this case, so there will be an excessive focus on Venus even though invisible.

Any excessive element will drain its mother which is Saturn in this case and overly control the grand child which is Mars.

So those elements will suffer. When Saturn suffers, he can get abusive and wish bad things and when Mars suffers, he can get violent. So, the person can receive this type of energy from others. Now Saturn and Mars avasthas will say how bad this will be or how much they will be affected by this.
