Hi everyone. My question is: Are planets influencing my dreams in the same way they are influencing my days when i am awake?

I would think so. The day is ruled by the Sun and is the action oriented part of the day that is outward focused. Just as the Moon is not visible during the day, the subconscious part of our mind gets blocked while we take care of our day-to-day things while following the solar part of ourselves.

The night is ruled by the Moon and is the part of the day that is inward focused. With less actions to take, the subconscious part of our mind has the opportunity to present itself for us to peruse. While asleep, much less activity is happening, and the subconscious mind puts itself forward through dreams. The Sun is not visible during the night, but we get to reflect on the solar part of ourselves.

I think the themes of the Moon's nakshatra and/or the rising nakshatra that is active during the night/hour in which the dreams occur also find their way into those dreams. This has been reported by some astrologers and amateurs who study and stalk nakshatras.

There have been several occasions where I dreamed of discovering rare crystals or gemstones, and upon awakening, I find that Dhanishtha was rising or it is occupied by the Moon.

@mitryendra80

That is quite interesting. I will have to check the time when I next wake up from a dream.
