It always happens that Rahu and Ketu are both influencing the same rasi / graha / cusp. Ketu makes things solid but Rahu makes them weak and confused.
How to interpret this?
For example my Saturn in Scorpio and my lagna in Taurus are rasi aspected by both from Capricorn and Cancer. If Rahu and Ketu would be in dual rasis, they would both influence all dual rasis.
I'm thinking influence from both makes those rasis and everything in them focal points of sorts, key parts of the Rahu/Ketu path.
how you can see it is that any changes to the rahu ketu axis, will impact those planets in a fixed sign that they aspect. So those planets can radically change as a person goes through the radical changes that rahu and ketu eventually bring.
if, on the other hand, the node is in a fixed sign and the planet in a moveable sign, then as the person changes the planet, the nodes will adapt and change.

What i was trying to get at is that the influence of Rahu and Ketu is contradictory and they seem to cancel each other out. Ketu = solid foundation, Rahu = weak foundation. When they both influence a rasi or planet, which is it?
First, with rahu and ketu start wtih which side of the chart a planet is on, the rahu side or th eketu side. This is the important consideration to make in respect to foundations. Aspects do not matter for that.
Planets aspected by rahu are going to have new developments, planets aspected by Ketu are going to go through completions, so when a planet has both, new things develop and old things are completed.
