I have a giant book containing the an English translation of the Vedas, mostly by Ralph Griffith, with the Black Yajurveda translated by Arthur Keith.

It seems like this should contain a translation of the sutras you give in "The Energies of the 27 Lunar Mansions", but I haven't been able to determine where exactly they might be in the Black Yajurveda. I would like to compare and also view the context.

In the translation I have the Black Yajurveda is divided into kāṇḍa and prapāṭhaka, with the later having many numbered mantras.

Do you know by chance where these sutras might be? I'm also curious about the source of the text you used for your translation.

I don't think the Taittiriya Brahmana is in Black Yajur veda, but maybe I am not remembering...

I think that's correct. That is what I had always thought, too, but then I read that it "belongs" to the Black Yajurveda and similar things, which I found confusing.
