1. Is Sun in the 5th Tara ruled by Sun (no other placements in the 5th) considered an interchange? What would be a prediction derived from that?

2. Is Ketu in the 3rd Tara ruled by Ketu considered an interchange even though in the two other Nakshatras ruled by Ketu, Jupiter and Lagna is placed? What would be a predicition derived from that?

Thanks.

I don't think anything can interchange with itself. The only thing that reminds about that, that I can think of, would be a planet forming a Raj yoga being in a trine and an angular house at once (the lagna).

So what it (first question) means is that no other energy is brought into the house, to my understanding. Nor good nor bad. No dignity - "OH" - in lunar astrology.

The second question: jupiter rules the 8th, am I right? Nit ideal. 3rd works best with energy brought in from 3rd, 5th or 7th Tara. Agsin: as far as I understand.

I just thought it had to have a meaning if a planet is in it´s own nakshatra.. Jupiter is the 9th Tara Lord from Pushya Janma Moon.. I struggle a bit with the predictions from Tara placements ..

@loris Not really. I mean, there are no dignities when it comes to the nakshatra placements. The rulership has more to do with timing, and also what energy is brought into that house. 3, 5 and 7 = obstacles, hindrances. So the lord of 3rd in 7th, for example: obstacles to obstacles.

That´s how I understand it.

9th lord in 3rd: obstacles to 9th tara things. Not posiitive, worldly speaking.
