Ways to treat or work with low shadbala. What to do? Gems, lajjitadi, mantra, etc.

So if someone has a planet with low shadbala, how might one go about working  with it? Maybe gem for that specific planet? Pair with a good friend, move localities,  partners, etc. I want ti say a gem for that specific planet will do, but what do you all recommend? I have found shabala to be among the more difficult things to work with.
