Birth Card Spread

In the Example of the Sun and Earth Axis video, the fixed card in the birth spread is the same in each year spread and the semi fixed card is the same in every other year spread. This doesn't happen in the year spreads of charts that I am calculating in Kala with fixed and semi fixed cards in the birth spread. It only happens at age 45. Am I missing something?

Sorry, I was not clear enough in the video. This person was a 7 of diamonds, a semi fixed card, as a result of that, they will get any other fixed or semi-fixed cards that they have in the spread all the time. If the birth card is not fixed or semi fixed, this will only come up at all times at 45.
