Hi Ernst and the forum;

I remember you said that the first planet in the spread, counting from the Sun Card, is the one we wake up with.

Does that reasoning apply for going to bed too? My youngest kid has a sleeping issue and fears bedtime. He says it´s "time" that is haunting him, which sounds like a Saturn problem. But he also has a Moon/Rahu conjunction in Aquarius, so in the Cards system it falls in his last card of the seven belonging to house rulers. We have tried Bach flowers for Saturn; maybe we should try it for Moon/Rahu in aquarius? Any thoughts about that?

Wow. How old is he? That's deep.

But not really that unusual for sensitive kids.

@mitryendra80 He´s 12. Didn´t have this problem before, only since a year and a half or maybe two. We split up three years ago, his mother and I, I guess that´s the root of it.

Sensititive yes. In the maya calendar Cholquij he´s an "Aj", the maiz plant; has to do with leadership and family, so a person who really tries to keep the family together. Very true; i took of picture of him when he could barely sit up by himself in the bed and showed it to his mother: "Behold the new president", you could already see that very responsible look on his face. Of course a separation of the parents affects such a kid a little extra hard.

We deal with it though. Quite united as parents, fortunately.

@meyes I think you're right about treating Moon/Rahu in Aquarius. I would treat Aquarius itself as a sign, plus Rahu and the afflicted Moon. This transit of Saturn over his natal Moon and Rahu isn't easy for him probably, and it's long too. Jupiter might've soothed that Moon going over it in transit, but not enough.

Yep! I´m so focused on natal chart still that I pay little attention to transits, but of course you are right. Thank you!

You know our son are born the same year and therefore my son and your youngest both have Rahu in Aquarius and apparently a Ra/Mo conjunction in common as well. Nathaniel has always been afraid of the dark at night and, to this day, I always fall asleep with him and always keep a light on at night when I leave. I don't think he needs me anymore but it's now a sweet habit we have. As long as the light is on in his room he's fine and even without I think he would be fine as well. He says he's no longer afraid. So it just takes time but eventually goes away if you don't make a big deal out of it. And when we fall asleep, we lose our sense of time (since time is a perception from our finite mind), that can be scary for some but, in fact, a totally normal process. I assume he's got Neptune and Jupiter there too?

@mona Thanks Mona, I just told Björn about this and he says: "He´s like me!" Good for him to hear this. It´s not him, it´s his chart one could say...

Jupiter and Neptune there, for sure. Tenth house. Your son´s second or third, or not? I remember he had a strong money connection there. I guess having Moon and Jupiter together in 10th might bring good stuff to my kid too. I think his a natural born healer. But that´s another theme.

@meyes in his 5th house:) Glad it could help. And no, that’s not who he is but it could be a way he individualizes himself in the world. Mo/Ra in Aquarius can be quite creative, original thinkers. And with Neptune and Jupiter there too, could make them quite interested in spiritual pursuits as they mature.
