Hi Ernst

 

Is there a technique in Card Casting system to time a future event which could narrow it down to months?

Yes, I think I show some in the course. You can do a year spread of one card per month and the 13th card is the overall influence of the year. Look for cards coming up that are same or similar as cards that came up in spreads.
