Talking with a girl who is a c-section birth. Born on 4/21/1980, Y is her first initial, however the exact time of her birth is unknown. She was born in Ascot, England, (Berkshire, if that is relevant) and her father (who has passed away) mentioned she was born before sunrise, while dark out in the am, so I am just putting 3am.

In a situation like this what do you do when looking at the charts? Do you just make a best guess for the time and then how accurate can anything you do be with there potentially being 4-5 or so hours of variance there?

In this case, it's accurate to read nakshatra chart and cot system and avasthas of planets in rasi which are very important as moon may not change sign unless its at the edge.

I just remember one story about caesarean section: in one of B.V.Raman's books, it was mentioned how B.V.Raman helped people to choose the time for caesarean section.

B.V.Raman did not like the idea of caesarean section, but since it would have been done anyway and was allowed to go to someone else's astrologer, he decided to help.

Topic was the parents' desire to somehow find a better moment of birth for the child in order to achieve a "better" future for the child.

B.V. Raman did his work and also studied the charts of the parents, and many years later, when the children were already grown, he came to the conclusion that, in general, no significant change can be achieved by caesarean section, and the birth charts of the parents are too important to create a very big change in the child's "fate".

Just such an interesting thing came to mind. Whether all this is true or not is a separate question.

I have read quite a few books by B.V.Raman and sometimes I can't remember which one it was exactly.

I'm sorry that my talk went off topic.

It is interesting that, according to rumors, the rich and famous use the option of a caesarean section in order to find some success for the child. I don't know if this is true or works as desired.
