Thanks for you tube video on upcoming solar eclipse in Oct 2023.

Will it be applicable only to the place where solar eclipse is visible or globally at all places?

It affects all places, but in terms of world events, when its visible it has more impact.

Okay, like it's not visible in India, then no need to look into impact for indian individual charts? Also if say a person is born in a country where eclipse is not visible but currently in a country where eclipse is visible, will it impact him to full measure in case he got some cusp or planet in Libra?

Yes, there is a need. I said it affects all places. just if its visible it effects the mundane more. Think of it, all the planets in 2-6 house are not visible, but do the affect a person, YES. same with eclipse.
