I have a client who has a trashed scorpio svamsa in the navamsa rashi aspected by debilitated mars, debilitated saturn and debilitated jupiter. Included the chart in the attachment.
What could I suggest to him to alleviate this a bit or is this life penance for previous misdoings?

there was an issue with the attachment, so I can't see the chart.
I would suggest working on what the client can change in the chart, the Lajitadi Avasthas in the Rasi. There might be some overlap.

Trashed scorpio swamsa means it's hard to do spiritual transformation but that's what they need to do anyways. And the person will be pushed towards it through negative experiences like fear of demons, snakes etc... refer to jaimini explanation for more details that Ernst taught...
