I have recently developed a thick rash that started as small spots on my bum. but is very fast spreading outwards towards my thigh. Along with developing a small rash on top of thigh. Everyday it’s getting thicker, larger and connecting together. Nothing in my diet or lifestyle has changed much lately but my body is clearly signalling that something is wrong could it be toxic load in my body?I want to try fasting for a while and see if that helps along with parsley/coriander smoothies for cleansing. Do you have suggestion what to eat when not fasting? so not to introducing problems while trying to fix them.

Rash is healing very well I think the fasting did really help ate quinoa, raw salads, fruits and cooked veggies and fasting was a nice reset for the system as it always is 6/7 days done.
Glad it is healing, skin healing is the best as its the final stage of healing from disease! SOrry I mised your original post.
