Ernst,

What is a good effective flow/format (set of steps we can follow) of doing predictions? As in how should we zone into it. Which technique should we start with, and which next, and so on fourth, to really zone into the events timing and make a prediction.

No rules to that, you have to go with the flow of what your intuition tells you to use.
