MD and AD Mutual Agenda Query

Hi Ernst 

If Mahadasha Lord is manifested by Antardasha Lord and Antardasha Lord is separated by Mahadasha Lord then their mutual agenda key bhava will manifest to an average level only or much higher than average?

And in vice versa situation if MD Lord is separated by AD Lord but AD Lord is manifested by MD lord then their mutual agenda key bhava will manifest to an average level only or much below than average?
