can someone help me to understand this.

When Ernst talks about the sun and its " kingdom" , what exactly are we referring to here? is it a metaphor?

and the sun and building or maintaining its kingdom etc?

can someone elaborate?

thank you , Namaste 🙂

The kingdom is the world that is right for you. Is marriage right, than thats part of your kingdom. Is going to college right, then thats part of your kingdom, that's the first step. What are you here to experiences? Then you have to start working towards a working experience of that. So if marriage is right, a person has to use the other planets to get the right marriage. but if marraige is wrong, and a person pursues marriage because they are trying to make up for something ill inside of themselves, then all of a sudden they have a kingdom that they can only fail in.

@ernst Would you consider the kingdom and dharma the same thing? For example, the fire's dharma is to be warm and bright, if you take that away, it's no longer a fire. In the case of a marriage, if and when you are married, your dharma is to be a spouse. If marriage is wrong for you, and you do not responsibly behave like a spouse, then you must get out of it. At a more fundamental level, your dharma can also be what you are naturally good at and can't help doing like the fire burning.

Dharma is nature, its to follow our true nature, our true selves, so following our inner voice. That kingdom is the reflection of that, what comes from living that.

Would the kingdom shift and change as we learn new things about ourselves? Would the kingdom be everything on the Rahu-Ketu path?

rahu and ketu are the environment of the kingdom, but our entire chart is the kingdom, especially the Sun.
