Would I use Sidereal Rasis Calculations for Accurate Ashtakavarga Readings?

It would appear if you are using the Dhruva Galactic Center ayanamsa that you would use the sidereal Rasis for accuracy. Correct?

The Tropical Rasis Calculations vastly differ from the Sidereal Rasis calculations regarding the strength of planets & signs.

I don't use sidereal rasis for anything, except making jokes.

@ernst a user made the comments here a while ago that you use the sidereal for vargas and tropical for varga. Is that old though?
