A booboo in the Pada calculation in Kala?

Hi Ernst & all,

I've been triple checking the following: Libra Lagna, Venus in the 10th Rasi, therefore Pada goes automatically to the 4th Rasi from the Lagna, in Capricorn. But Kala shows Libra Pada in Aquarius. Can't figure out why. I've attached the chart for the visual ones. 

Also, Capricorn Pada shows in Pisces, shouldn't it be in Taurus?

What am I missing?
