I wanted to find out what makes a Vastu consultant and an architect. I considered the follows :
Vastu: Jupiter for wisdom and Mars for buildings and Land, connected with the 4th house of real estate, 8th house of the occult , 9th house of philosophy and 5th house of clients. (also prbably Ke for Math Skills and astronomy)
Architect : Mercury for Art and Mars for Buildings, connected with the 4th house of real estate, 3rd house for skills and drawing and 5th house of clients and creativity.
I only have one chart of a vastu consultant and that's Me! I'm no Architect. Not much charts to check it out.

Looks correct to me at least , probably would add ketu for Architect too as they also do lot of mathematical /Autocad stuff also also look for those writing skills (design writings) combinations but Mars should be very prominent with 3rd and 5th house connection and similarly you can look for Civil engg as well all same except it does not need 5th house connection of creative intelligence.
How does the 5th relate to clients?? I know Ernst teaches that and I use that, but curious why is the 5th related to clients?
@scott-m-19 because clients are child like 🙂 u need to take care of their req, waiting for @ernst answer .
5th is also expression too. One expresses their knowledge and intelligence to others. Sharing what you are good at. 5th is 'love expressed".
@scott-m-19 I think it is because the 5th is 11th (gains) from 7th (other people/business). So clients are other people that you gain from by doing business with them.

well actually that may also be what others(7th) gain from you as well. and that's a true relationship. Clients must get a lot as well when someone is a good consultant.
