Jamini and the Avasthas

When several planets are in aspect to a particular house, is it possible to rank their effect? It appears that we are supposed to consider their dignity, but what about the Baladi and Jagradadi Avasthas? Would using the scores in the Kala Avastha tables be useful?  I'm looking at a chart where the 10th from the Svamsa is aspected by every single planet.  I really don't know what to do with this one.
