Jamini siblings

So imagine 2 siblings are already indicated by jupiter and mercury aspecting bk and now we get mars and saturn aspecting aswell, now does that mean another kid will be bord who'll be killed (3rd) or does that mean one of the two indicated by either jupiter or mercury will die?
