If Venus and Mars in the rasi manifest that rasi, how about the rasis they rasi aspect? If they do manifest them, do they do it with their full strength like Me and Ju 0r 25% like Ve? Thank you
My understanding is that Venus and Mars aren't manifestors unless they rule a Rasi. Rather, they change the quality of what's manifested.
@francesca-2 Yes, that is so. But I think a special case is mentioned somewhere about Venus and Mars being in the same rasi and manifesting it. I think it might be in the Vimsottari course but not sure. I would really like to know it that is so, or if I just remembered falsely.

The logic behind it is, as I remember it, that the manifesting planets Jupiter and Mercury are moist, i.e. adhesive, and that seemingly is what gives them their manifesting strength. Mars and Venus are dry and wet creating a moist average, and that according to Ernst in one of his video´s on the CoT page, creates something similar to a manifesting strength.

@meyes I have not watched any CoT videos, but thanks for mentioning. That could be it. In the meantime I have found it. It is the Applying Vimsottari to D27 at 36:43 "...remember what I said about Venus and Mars being together? They manifest that house, they manifest that sign, so this is the time of being strong." I wonder what exactly he meant here, i.e. how is this manifestation different from the one done by Me, Ju or the lord.
I have always wondered why Venus is not a manifesting planet, as it rules shukra, sex, fertility, life, prana, new things, and abundance/wealth.
It is a life giving planet like Jupiter.
