Hi Ernst,
I was able to rectify a chart and the birthtime falls between two whole seconds when lagna cusp and 10th cusp both change at different points of time between the two seconds in the D60. But in birthdata, I am not able to enter a time such as 02:30:45.5
I am also not able to use "change birth time" to select a time between two seconds.
It accepts either 02:30:45 or 02:30:46.
How do I enter split seconds in birthtime under Edit Data of a chart?
