Are planets gonna suck with exalted or debilitated cruels more? Because in laggitadi audio u mentioned that planets with debilitated cruel planets or debilitated enemies aren't harmed by them due to them not being able to cause harm but like in medical astrology u mention planets in bad dignities cause more damage in conjunctions then if they were otherwise in exaltation.

@ernst but then what about the jagratti avashtas, aren't those planets sleeping?
