Avastha influences to Rahu table

Hi,

I’m reaching out to get some clarity on the table attached. It’s from the 26th video of Parasara’s Formula for Timing with Vimshottari Dasha, specifically where Rahu Dasha is being analyzed in a woman's chart.

Ernst mentions that in the column for the Sun (first from left to right), Saturn afflicts Rahu with -19 points — and that this is enough to destroy the things Rahu influences during its Dasha. However, he also says that Mercury’s influence (the 4th column from the left) during Rahu’s Dasha is positive. But looking at the table, I see the Moon has a negative influence of -98 points, which seems far worse than Saturn’s.

So my question is: What might I be misinterpreting here?
