Best times to heal Lajitaadi Avasthas/PAC minds - Antardasha and transits?

I was just watching the Jupiter in Cancer PAC video, where you mention that you can work on internalizing that you have a proud Jupiter as Jupiter travels across the zodiac. Here, did you mean to say as Jupiter transits in the current moment?

Also, I don't remember exactly where, but I guess you mentioned something like in Antardasha of a planet, we become more aware of the Lajjitaadi avastha of a planet. Does that make antardasha of a planet make it the most conducive time to heal it?

Asking because I have a Sa-Mo conjunction(& Ke in Cancer), currently going through Mo antardasha, and Jupiter ingressed into Cancer recently. I am finding the current period to be very conducive in healing my starved moon.
