How to know if your body can handle plant medicine, like Ayahuasca

I have been very curious about Ayahuasca ceremonies for a long time, but have never felt the ceremony leaders I have spoken to are able to hold great space and boundaries.  Plus, they are not born in region the plant medicine grows, nor is their ancestry.

I am wondering how to see if a persons body, mind, emotions, spirit, and energy can benefit from such medicine.  I recall that if Mars is in a certain rasi when one is born, their body is energetically sensitive to vaccination....which rasis are those again?

Anyway, I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
