Waning Moon in Virgo and Saturn in Piscis

Hi @ernst and everyone

I wanted to ask you if this combination, Waning Moon in Virgo and Saturn in Piscis, is to be considered as a thirsty Saturn only or as an Agitating Saturn only or both?

Also, the person who has this combination is a newborn, so if any recommendation comes to mind to help his parents would be very welcome and appreciated 🙂
