hi Ernst, all!

what would be the childhood experiences differences between Jupiter agitation by the sun and Jupiter starvation by Saturn i am not completely understanding the difference in the expression of the two.

would sun agitating jupiter be a parenting that only support  and praise the child good behavior when it in line with the parent conceived standard, but when the child behave in a way which is not perceived as "good" or "right" by the parent , a punishment or "rejection" like response is given instead. and so the expression in adulthood is a person who in life follow what his environment perceive as acceptable to be good? rather then what he believe to be truth or good or right when its not in line with what is acceptable?

in that case with saturn starving jupiter, where a child is not even given the opportunity to have a say about what in his eyes is right or good but rather been told from early age what is right or good, what would that expression in adulthood differ, compared with the earlier discussed sun jupiter avashta?

Sun agitating Jupiter is being good, kind and sweet to mask real person behind, loose sight of who you really are, purpose and what really matters.

This is quite a different feel than Saturn starving Jupiter, which is spontaneous creative spark limited, inspiration inhibited or blocked by oppressive force, lightning strike hits the mud. Early environment is oppressive and restrict discovery of purpose.

The result of these two will also be quite different.  Sun agitation person will likely have success from the mask they are able to create, being "good boy or girl" but still feel alienated from having a true purpose.  Saturn starving person either carries around the dead weight of inspiration being limited or uses creativity mostly for protection rather than spark of inspiration.

These are tricky because in either case there is some delight going on as well.  Perhaps the essence is a person's sense of purpose and meaning and where they get that from and what motivates it.  As long as that is not aligned with Jupiter's nature (habits of Jupiter) there will disruption to a person's experience of wisdom and joy.

The Lajjitaadi Master Course is quite helpful discerning these details.

thank you, i have taken all the L/A courses and relistened to the above mentioned but i find it hard to see the expression characteristics clearly with the charts i am viewing and those expressions (taking into account all l/a factors and other existing negative avashtas). is the effect of sun jupiter would look like (in first impression ) like a "people pleasing" kind of mask/compensation while with saturn jupiter it would be a more reserved attitude with a slight depressed tint to it  with Occasions of temporal excitements that tend to fade back to pale existence?

yes, you will often see a people pleaser with someone who has jupiter agitated by sun. But remember, agitation makes us want to control a situation and playing nice is a great way to control others, so its not just a people pleaser who is not having an agenda.

@ernst isnt "people pleasing" always has an agenda? one of avoiding rejection, being needed or feeling important. so one way or another it is a compensation for a need looking to be fulfilled "agenda",no?

Yes, people pleasing always has an agenda, but when its due to combustion, that agenda is to control the situation, not just get something, but to actuallyl control.
