Hi,

I'm listening to the Sun Avasthas and noticed you indicated that you were reading from the manual, but when i went to the manual that wasn't there? Not sure if i'm in the wrong place to download?

When you click on the course at the top it will tell you "Please download the LA Master's course Manual"

There is a new manual for the avasthas course on the link on the first page of the course. It covers the Sun's Avasthas. I will be out of town for a week and will get back to the Moon videos when I return.
