Hi Ernst,
Thanks for another great Lajjitaadi Avasthas video. Just a quick question: I noticed you occasionally read from notes. Will you be posting those notes as part of the course manual?
One other thing I wanted to mention is that another interesting Sun/Saturn conjunction example is the quarterback Tom Brady. He strikes me as the guy who never gives up (still playing when everyone thought he would have retired a while ago and I've seen him come back from the "dead" and win games, though I understand nothing at American football, I just look at the numbers on the TV screen ????). Also, from what I understand, he was a last minute draft, far from being a favorite, sort of unseen. Conjunction is in Leo which probably helps his Sun and his Mercury is exalted, so it sounds like his love to play with and in life is supporting him.
Great Example Mona,thank you!
The actor Kamal Haasan is a good example for the Indians out here, with a Sun/Saturn in Scorpio. To me, he's also a more interesting and creative example (but that's just a preference), not as one-dimensional. Brings a different layer of understanding. I think Mozart also had this conjunction. There's also Annie Clark (she goes by St Vincent) who has this in Libra, but not a tight conjunction. (All these examples have another planet also there though)
How would Saturn’s starvation towards the Sun affect people who have Rahu in Capricorn or Aquarius? If Sun does not like to be in Saturn’s signs, but Saturn is dragging the Sun’s inspirations towards Rahu there, I guess people will have a harder time with it?
It will impact things a lot if ketu is in leo as then Ketu's lord is starved and t hey are coming from a tougher background, but otherwise it wont change things.
